Are you an enthusiastic and ambitious individual interested in joining a growing and successful insurance team as the Commercial Insurance Team Leader?
Day to Day Responsibilities
Proven track record to lead and empower a team to ensure standards are met, ensuring team members hit and exceed targets for income, conversion rates, and retention.
Produce high-quality comprehensive management reports to include sales, conversion, source of business, and retention data.
Offer consistent mentorship and training sessions to the team.
Troubleshoot client issues, including complaint resolution, in collaboration with the compliance team.
Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise work and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detailed client service skills combined with strong negotiation and broking skills.
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
Capability to persuade and influence others.
Calm and resilient under pressure; ability to positively react to change.
Person Specification
Minimum of 2 years experience providing specialist advice in the insurance market.
Qualified to a minimum of Cert CII.
Prior experience of leading an insurance team.
Track record of delivering results and meeting/exceeding targets.
Insurance brokerage background with commercial experience.
