eClerx Markets is expanding its team of project managers with a focus on change management. We are seeking an individual with strong planning, analytical, and writing skills, who takes initiative, has great attention to detail, works well under pressure, and has the ability to work well both independently and within teams in an investment banking environment. High-level skills – strong evidence of these skills in the 1-2 most recent roles (minimum 5 years) required. Responsibilities:

Project management, tracking, staffing, communication Ability to manage a set of projects, report on status, track resourcing, manage risks Change/transformation projects, understanding the business and technical aspects of projects 5+ years total experience Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in investment banking middle office, technology, and project management Demonstrable experience of software development using an Agile methodology Ability to document and communicate with senior stakeholders Recent, clear experience with the change side of the business working as the liaison between the business and technology Capability to interface with client stakeholders at all levels on project status, to resolve issues and to coordinate with client groups as needed Experience managing medium-large software projects is needed, especially useful is experience in global projects with multiple teams (geographically and skillsets) Soft Skills

Excellent analysis and documentation skills with the ability to grasp new concepts easily and to adapt within a changing environment Methodical, concise, and accurate, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent management and communication skills, both written and oral; comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels Team player with an adaptable approach to work, and a motivated self-starter Knowledge of banking or capital markets reference data systems and models A clear communicator able to explain complex concepts in simple-to-understand terms The desire and ability to manage a large number of concurrent tasks, client relationships, and ongoing projects is required Ability to think outside the box, innovate, and think on their feet About eClerx
