All Care Home Care - Plymouth Home Health Aide in Plymouth, Massachusetts Job Description

We provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability and/or other inflictions. Personal care may include assistance with activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, and shopping. We are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards. We provide services that allow clients to remain in their homes while receiving the necessary support to maintain the maximum level of independence. The services we provide include, but are not limited to the following: Assist with Shopping and Errands. Assist with Laundry. Ability to carry 20-30 lbs. (Laundry/Groceries). Help with Meal Preparation. Medication Reminders. Help with Homemaking/light house cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dishes, and bathrooms). Physical Assessment. Case Management. Collaborate with All Care staff (reporting to main office and supervisors). Collaborate with outside agencies while following all HIPAA laws. Assist with ADLs (showering, bathing, dressing, and grooming). HHA Requirements

Driver's License and reliable transportation. HS Diploma or equivalent. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Requires cell phone. Work on holidays. Ability to pass a criminal background check/drug screen. Ability to follow and carry out individual client care plans. CPR Certification (We offer class). Must download the AXISCARE APP on your phone. Physical and Mental Demands

Good Physical and Mental Health. Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, stoop, crouch, talk, hear, and see. Ability to climb up to 10 flights of stairs (as needed). Ability to assist clients physically/ambulation when needed. Ability to drive a vehicle. Schedule

Full-time, part-time & per diem available, up to 40hrs/wk; 1st & 2nd shifts, flexible hours 8am - 8pm. Salary

$13/hr - $14.50/hr Benefits
