Excellent communication with Senior Leadership and the wider Ozone organisation, and externally with key programmatic customers and ad partners. This will include regular revenue updates, forecasts, sharing of market intelligence and ‘next best action’ recommendations.

Required experience/skills

You will be well established at managing major ad partner relationships across both SSPs and DSPs with responsibility for revenue delivery, contract management and commercial negotiation.

Demonstrable success in planning and executing commercial strategy, including go-to-market.

Exceptional verbal communication skills at all levels of the organisation and clear, confident business-writing.

Excellent understanding of the digital ecosystem and a strong operational understanding of key ad technologies including prebid, RTB, SSP/exchanges and DSPs, including auction logic.

You’ll be ‘data-driven’ in your approach; familiar with data systems and dashboarding, confident in operating in a KPI-driven environment while relying on business intelligence to inform your decision-making.

Energetic, persistent and organised, motivated by Ozone’s mission to drive market-level change. You have a long history of building deep, strong and trusted relationships with colleagues and business partners alike, and which also means you come with strong, enthusiastic recommendations.
