Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion. Advising clients on matters such as sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold properties. Leading and mentoring junior team members, supporting their development. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and third parties. Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and maintaining high standards of client care. Skills and Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven ability to handle a full caseload. Comprehensive knowledge of the conveyancing process, legal requirements, and relevant regulations. Strong client management skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
