Regularly review and identify unmet health needs, working in partnership with families and statutory professionals/agencies, education, social care and other health professionals. Act as a role model to support other members of the team to ensure that high standards of care are delivered. About us Jigsaw is a place of fun and laughter where children and young adults can stay and create memories which will last a lifetime. Our team provides one-to-one care for children and young adults with life-limiting illnesses. Our home-from-home environment allows the nurses to match the children and young adults' home routines as closely as possible, ensuring a smooth, relaxing and peaceful transition between home and hospice environments. Our environment differs from most. You will be working as part of a supportive and welcoming multidisciplinary team with time to care for and build relationships with children, young people and their families. We also work collaboratively across the county with strong links to other care providers. Nursing roles within Jigsaw are incredibly fulfilling. The hospice's vision is to provide excellence in specialist palliative care and to ensure patients receive consistently high standards of care in all care settings within the organisation.
