from £50,000 dependant on experience What you'll be doing: Ensuring that subcontractor work proposals are assessed through Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Construction Phase Plans and Timelines Local inductions of Subcontractors Supervising Subcontractors Project team liaison and work planning Communication and Reporting Supporting any incident investigation Your skills and experiences: Experience of working in CDM and Construction environment; ideally in electrical, fibre or equipment systems installation Competent IT skills using MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role or environment Experienced in Health & Safety with a pragmatic and supportive attitude Benefits: As well as a competitive pension scheme, BAE Systems also offers employee share plans, an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits, including a green car scheme, private health plans and shopping discounts - you may also be eligible for an annual incentive. The Construction Design Management (CDM) Team: As part of our dedicated team within IM&T (Information Management & Technology), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of our subcontractors by assessing work and identifying potential risks. You will ensure that all activities comply with our strict health and safety protocols, helping to maintain a secure and productive environment. In this dynamic role, no two days will be the same. You'll be actively involved in every project we undertake, contributing to a variety of initiatives and seeing the development of new builds firsthand. From ground-breaking to completion, you'll be part of the team shaping the infrastructure of tomorrow.
