They operate through regional offices in the UK, China, Dubai, and Germany and support their network of partners and distributors on all five continents. As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability for our products, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will be responsible for managing customer-related quality issues, driving problem-solving activities across the business, and championing customer quality requirements throughout our operations. Responsibilities: Customer issue management through close liaison Driving & facilitating problem-solving activities across the business (8D process) Driving customer quality requirements throughout the business Managing internal initiatives to enhance product quality & reliability levels Tracking KPI performance trends & initiating/driving corrective actions Identify & drive lessons learned activities for process & product Effectively run continuous improvement activities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Proven experience in a quality engineering role, particularly in customer-facing environments Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO standards Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and track performance metrics Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer) are a plus What you will need to succeed: A willingness to embrace challenges Resilience We are happy to talk flexible working.
