Role Overview:

Our leading Commercial Building Surveying team are instructed on some of Milton Keynes and surrounding areas, leading instructions. Due to continued growth, we’re currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Building Surveyor to join our growing team. We’re looking to speak with qualified experienced Surveyors. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team within a people focused partnership. Whilst not critical, client relationship experience and business development skills are a bonus and will be encouraged. Training will be offered as part of your ongoing professional development. What you'll be doing: Dilapidations Party Wall Technical Due Diligence Contract Administration of construction or fit out projects Building pathology Condition surveys Measured surveys Reinstatement cost assessments Construction monitoring Principal designing About you: Qualified Building Surveyor Relevant Building Surveying Degree Demonstrable experience in a similar, commercial building surveying role Proactive, diligent, motivated, passionate and team player Exceptional communication skills when speaking with clients and colleagues Your package: We will pay you competitively and provide you with an excellent benefits package: 25 days holiday (increasing with length of service), up to 8% contributory pension, health insurance, discretionary bonus, medicash scheme (money towards dental treatments, opticians and remedial therapies).
