Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs. Co-ordinate and supervise the activities of team members. Take ownership of and solve more complex technical problems and issues within your Global Trade Services specialty. Prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests, and projects meeting Service Level Agreements. Work with the business to analyse requirements, design and deliver solutions. Provide support for migration projects as and when required. Understand the business requirements and be able to translate it into solution framework / architecture. Facilitate incident & problem resolution by working with business experts and technical resources. Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders. Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business. Ensure adherence to internal and external standards for all solutions. Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an SAP Global Trade Services Functional Analyst. In-depth understanding of SAP Global Trade Services and ability to analyse new requirements and implement any required systems changes. Ability to work closely with Business Stakeholders to review change requirements, seen as the SAP Global Trade Services Subject Matter Expert. Previous experience of working with ticketing system (Service Now). Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Experience of implementing SAP Global Trade Services as a Greenfield project. Experience of using SAP Global Trade Services integrated with Customs Declaration System.
