Tester/Fitter

We are seeking x2 Fitter/Testers to join the Fuels section of our Aerospace client based in Titchfield, Fareham on a PAYE contract basis. Key skills required for this role: Assembly Bench based Assembly Mechanical Assembly Testing We are seeking individuals with the expertise to assemble aerospace components using diverse techniques and conduct thorough testing of aerospace products according to specifications and test requirements. Successful candidates should demonstrate cooperation, flexibility, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained. Key Responsibilities: Precise fitting of aerospace components using various techniques Efficient production of work within cost parameters Proactive communication, including asking for clarification when needed Maintaining a clean and productive working area Demonstrating a cooperative and flexible attitude Requirements: Previous assembly experience Proficiency in understanding and following detailed drawings Excellent hand dexterity Willingness to learn and adapt Preferred Experience: Prior experience in fuel testing Aerospace assembly experience PAYE Rates + Holiday Pay: MT4 Core days £15.15 rising to £15.61 Overtime x1.5 Sundays x2 MT5 Core days £15.76 rising to £16.24 Overtime x1.5 Sundays x2 MT6 Core days £16.28 rising to £16.77 Overtime x1.5 Sundays x2 Grading will be based on experience, and rates are scheduled to increase in April. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK, adhering to ITAR restrictions.
