24 months Duties:
Supervision of a mechanical trades team on a commercial building services government defence project. Your duties will include: Supervising and managing labour, including sub contractors and direct staff. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members. Monitoring work progress and ensuring deadlines are met. Providing guidance and support to team members. Ensuring a high standard of work. Implementing Health and Safety in a positive manner, PPE, RAMS etc. Candidates are expected to undertake a security clearance check. Requirements: SSSTS Certification (or SMSTS). Mechanical trade accreditation: Skillcard, JIB, etc. Experience of working in a defence environment is advantageous. Time served/apprenticed mechanically with relevant supervisory experience working with an established building services/mechanical contractor.
