Facade Design Engineer

£30,000 to £45,000 Location:
Leicestershire My client is an established company that specializes in Facades, Cladding, and Remedial works. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Facade Design Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Facade designs through AutoCAD and/or Revit. Produce high-quality details & general arrangement drawings in the most cost-efficient way for approval. Engage with customers via phone calls and e-mails, communicate solutions, populate CRM, provide industry-leading solutions, and resolve technical problems. Communicate leads to external customer-facing teams. Undertake and deliver accurate specifications. Provide design calculations for wind loadings. Focus on the complete façade, including offers/calculations. Responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of output to defined PI objectives. Requirements:
Track record of successful delivery of major Façade projects. Working experience of building regulations requirements relating to Facades including Brickslip & Cladding. A team player who works collaboratively with colleagues to achieve broader business objectives. Delivers on commitments. Exceptional Facade Design skills. HNC/HND in Architectural Design or similar.
