Job Profile for Associate Building Surveyor - LF268049 Our client, a leading construction and property consultancy, is currently recruiting for an Associate Building Surveyor to join them based in their Cambridge office. Due to their ongoing success, our client is looking to expand their knowledgeable team. They provide a wide range of services across various industry sectors including commercial, health, education, defence, residential, and community. Their services include architecture, building surveying, building services engineering, planning, interior design, sustainability, civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying, project management, CDM, and health and safety services. Associate Building Surveyor Position Overview

Leading a team providing project and professional consultancy to both public and private clients. Market the services and the Practice to new and existing clients to increase workload. This is a crucial aspect of the role and will require time to be set aside specifically for marketing. Prepare and contribute toward fee bids relevant to building surveying, project management, and multi-disciplinary projects. Lead the resource management, finances, business planning, and business development of the team with the office partner. Manage similar works undertaken by team members to ensure quality and timeliness of service provided to clients and act as the point of contact for the company. Act as building surveyor or project manager on a variety of project and professional services projects from inception to completion, liaising with team members and others as necessary. Associate Building Surveyor Position Requirements

Degree/Masters in Building Surveying 4-5 years PQE experience ideally MRICS or MAPM qualified Varied project and sector experience Proven track record of winning and retaining clients and a strong commercial attitude Associate Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
