Vanta Staffing are the exclusive staffing partner to an amazing artisan manufacturer of high-end Tortilla's, sauces & salsa, hummus & pesto (NO MEAT).
Due to growth, contract wins, and the creation of a new line of products, we are looking for an experienced Process Technologist with a proven background in New Product Development.
The successful Process Technologist duties will include:
Analyse, design and implement processes for new products manufactured by the business. Create product manuals. Create visual records of all processes & machines used in the manuals. Arrange product reviews coordinating with sales, technical & senior management to ensure the products meet specifications. Create product passports. Contribute to product launches. Ensure all paperwork is completed. Work to the department's SOPs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the factory. Work to the company's high standards at all times. Work to health & safety policies.
