Develop and implement a method for accurately assessing and categorising the competency levels of all team members. Oversee the Health & Safety performance of contractors, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Manage the selection, recruitment, and ongoing performance of tradespeople, ensuring the team consistently meets company standards. What You Will Need Essential Criteria:
