An opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor with experience in commercial property to join a well-established property consultancy firm.

This role can be full-time or part-time, offering a starting salary of £50,000 and a hybrid working option.

As a Building Surveyor, you will manage various surveying tasks, including surveys, project monitoring, and maintenance schedules, while also engaging in Business Development to expand your network and generate future workload.

What we are looking for:

Previously worked as a Building Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, or in a similar role. Experience in commercial property. Strong track record in the relevant surveying work. Ability to work autonomously and manage a broad workload. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
