Air Conditioning Engineer required for our client, a specialist Air Conditioning & FM Service Provider that has been trading for over 7 years. Our client specialises in the installation, maintenance & service of Air Conditioning units throughout the South. We are seeking a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join their expanding Engineering department.
The Air Conditioning Engineer will be expected to attend Commercial & Residential sites throughout the South East, with occasional travel out of this region to be expected. The Engineer will provide planned maintenance, reactive service & attend breakdowns on VRV's, VRF's, and DX Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend commercial properties such as Hotels, Offices, Warehouses, Airports & Schools. Provide planned maintenance and reactive service. Attend breakdowns on various Air Conditioning systems. Minimum Requirements:
5 years' experience with planned maintenance & service on a variety of Air Conditioning equipment. Install engineers looking to progress into a planned maintenance & service role. Live in the South East. Full UK Driving Licence. F-Gas Cat 1. Compensation and Benefits:
Basic Salary £34,000-£40,000 DOE. Overtime available at additional rates from 1.3x & 2x. Company van & mobile phone provided. No on-call rota. Various bonus schemes up to £2,800 per year. 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays. Progression actively promoted within the company. Further package details to be discussed at interview.
