£75-80K + Exceptional Benefits (Bonus, Health Care Plan, Enhanced Pension) Eaton Syalon are working with a global manufacturing business in Warrington to hire an experienced Plant Financial Controller. This is a pivotal role in which you’ll own responsibility for factory budget, rolling forecasts, monthly reporting, CAPEX and expenses follow ups, and costs controlling outputs. Key Responsibilities: Plant Management Support: Work closely with the Plant Management team, contributing to strategic decisions and supporting the site’s progress plan. Budget & Control Management: Define strategy and budgets, manage month-end closing, rolling forecasts, and oversee risk/opportunity assessments. Reporting: Monthly Actuals, 3 month rolling forecast, variance analysis. Oversee CAPEX compliance, operational expenses, stock management, performance analysis, and inventory control, while ensuring compliance through collaboration with auditors. Cost Controlling: Supervise productivity action plans (scrap rates follow up, BOM and routine updates) ensuring consistency between financial V actual production costs, ensure accurate cost of production, and support the financial analysis of key projects. Accounting Leadership: Recruitment and development of the plant controlling team, plan the team workload. Information Systems: Oversee the site’s IT systems, ensuring they are optimized and within budget. Team Management: Lead, develop, and support the finance team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and training required for success. Key Requirements: Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) and proven experience in a financial controller role within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. An excellent leader with well developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels cross functionally in a global/European setting. Strong working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel with exceptional analysis skills. Experience within a fast-paced, complex manufacturing environment essential.
