Actaris Site Services require an Assistant Contracts Manager for a key client based in Essex.
Area to be covered: London/Essex/Kent
Remuneration: £35k + discretionary bonus

The role of the Assistant Contracts Manager - Flat Roofing Systems will involve:
Promoting a high-quality range of flat roofing contract services; cold applied liquid, built-up felt, hot melt & green roofs. Managing all aspects of the contracts. Writing up health and safety documents for each individual site. Monitoring all site activity; organizing all site workers, collating risk assessments, and carrying out health and safety checks. Liaising with clients and providing reports for the project. Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients. Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts, and legislation. Electronically documenting all contract-related correspondence, identifying and recording progress and problems. Managing projects that range in value between £100k to £2m.
The ideal applicant will have:
Experience as an Assistant Contracts Manager in the flat/pitched roofing systems industry. Supervision experience within construction, ideally in roofing.
