M&E Planner, Basingstoke

We're looking for an M&E Planner to join Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME), which is our internal MEP self-delivery business within Kier Group. Location : Basingstoke. Covering projects in the Southern Region. Contract : Full time, permanent. What will you be responsible for? As an M&E Planner within KME, you will be working across multiple projects in a range of sectors, such as Custodial, Defence, Laboratories, Education, and Commercial. Your day-to-day will include: Create and maintain project MEP programmes using Elecosoft PowerProject, ensuring compliance with Kier's standards and contract requirements. Monitor project progress on-site using relevant tools, identify risks and delays, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Review supply chain programmes, coordinate with teams to mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with the contract programme. Participate in meetings to discuss project status with teams and the supply chain, fostering clear communication. Promote an inclusive workplace, encouraging diversity and supporting team wellbeing. What are we looking for?
