to join this dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong quantitative background, hands-on programming expertise, and experience in high-frequency trading (HFT), quantitative HFT, Mid-Frequency Trading or crypto trading. Immediate availability is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Market Data Analysis:

Analyze and process large datasets to identify trading opportunities and patterns in cryptocurrency markets. Backtesting Models:

Develop and implement robust backtesting frameworks to validate trading strategies. Signal-Driven Trading:

Design, optimize, and execute trading strategies that leverage quantitative signals. Research Platform Development:

Collaborate with the research team to co-evolve and enhance the research and trading infrastructure. Latency Optimization:

Focus on reducing latency and improving execution efficiency for high-performance trading. Qualifications: Programming Expertise:

Proficiency in a "real programming language," with

Rust

being highly preferred.

C++, Python and Java

Strong background in quantitative analysis, mathematical modelling, and statistical techniques. Industry Experience: Proven track record in
