Your new role This specific role is to complete a handover back to the client and have all certification in place for the contract expiry handover to the DVLA set to end in 2025. This means ensuring that all buildings meet statutory compliance, and contractual agreements are up-to-date. You will manage the hard FM contract and liaise with the principal contractor onsite to complete the required works before the handover. This is a temporary role for up to 3 months and will involve managing risk on the estate.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will need experience managing Health & Safety, Hard FM contracts and demonstrating building client relationships. You will need to hold an IOSH or NEBOSH certificate and must be experienced in managing elements of asbestos, fire, legionella, gas and electrical systems, lifts/lifting equipment and health and safety. You must be prepared to have flexibility in working hours to suit business needs, be IT literate with Microsoft packages and hold a full UK driving licence.
