Main Duties include:

Working with the Product Manager and Head of Category to develop and define brand strategies within each category, considering market size, suppliers, competition, market share, growth, and trends to increase sales, profit, and/or market share, ensuring our product offer and buying terms are optimised. Effectively managing the life cycle of categories and ensuring the stocking profiling programme is relevant for the needs of the business, liaising with supply chain and procurement to ensure effective category stock holdings. Developing offers for sale from various sources and brands, managing system linking and alternative sources, positioning products within various quality and brand tier levels. Reviewing lost sales and conversion data to support the development of the core product offer. Consolidating the product offer where required to support improved pricing, availability, or overall commercial offer. Working with the pricing team to ensure category pricing is positioned correctly for the market while maximising the volume vs revenue mix, and liaising with the catalogue teams to ensure market-leading cataloguing information is available. Supporting Ecommerce Channel Growth, online sales, and driving various online marketing initiatives. Assisting marketing and divisional leads in designing and implementing compelling category & product information and promotional campaigns to drive categories. Working with the Procurement team to identify the best sources for products and brands within the categories to achieve group objectives in terms of sales and margin. Engaging with branches to understand business and market requirements to assist with development and growth within a product group. Working Hours:

40 hours per week - Monday to Friday About You About You The successful candidate will have experience in commercial procurement and/or marketing, ideally within the automotive aftermarket or FMCG environment.

What you'll need to succeed:
