A large fire and security distributor is looking for regional BDMs to join their team selling a range of CCTV and other solutions to the installer and integrator marketplace.
The role will cover the South Coast from Kent to Portsmouth, including East & West Sussex.
You will be dealing with warm accounts and targeting new ones in your region. Experience in CCTV, access control, intruder, and fire is highly desirable, as well as ideally a background in the distribution or manufacturing industry. Candidates who have sold technology hardware (not software solutions) in other fields and understand the distribution model will also be considered. Candidates with a telecoms background who want to learn security are desirable as well.
The ideal candidate is a driven and new business-focused individual. You will be given a set of accounts as well as working with your assigned branch to target new business. Strong presentation skills are required, as well as experience managing decent-sized accounts.
On offer is a negotiable basic salary DOE with a good OTE.
