earning commission
on top of your basic salary. You can expect to earn between
£30- £35k OTE
in your first full year. What you’ll do:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will specialize in the Tech or Energy space, developing your knowledge within that area. You will undergo our intensive, award-winning training programme, graduating after four weeks into an environment of learning, support, and success. You will be trained in the recruitment process, including candidate management, client relationships, sales, and negotiation. Responsibilities include business development to generate new clients, placing candidates into roles, and negotiating opportunities. Benefits:
