As a Content Manager, you will be vital in delivering high-quality, technically accurate content for our SaaS clients. You’ll work closely with our internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure our content aligns with our clients’ technical expertise, resonates with their audiences, and drives success through organic rankings and conversions. Key responsibilities of the role include: Ensuring the technical content we create is accurate and up to date. Maintaining an exceptional standard for editorial content. Driving the content workflow to ensure exceptional efficiency and on-time delivery. Setting the standards for content creation, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly align production with ambitious project goals. Forging and nurturing robust relationships with clients, becoming their trusted partner for content needs. Staying at the forefront of SaaS industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging content innovations. Using project management tools to track progress and optimise resource allocation. Guiding a talented team of digital editors, providing them with daily mentorship and support. Overseeing a large team of freelance writers and editors. Requirements
Qualifications and experience
Two years minimum content management experience. Familiar with up-to-date SEO best practices. Strong creative copy editing, writing, and grammar skills. Experience creating and interpreting content briefs. Experience with content management tools. Managing a team of writers and/or editors. Desirable experience, skills and qualifications: Using the project management tool Airtable. Writing or editing SaaS Content, particularly for technical clients. Working in a digital agency, preferably an SEO agency. Training and upskilling a wider team. Client facing background. An interest in AI and its potential within the content industry.
