They are looking for a Customer Service Executive. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for end-to-end control of all shipments coming into and out of the Road freight depot. What’s on offer for the Customer Service Executive Free parking Duties & Responsibilities Manifest daily export trailers and send related pre-advice. Update collection and delivery status in a timely manner. Responsible for web bookings. Monitor, chase and process all POD ensuring timely updating of internal system. Chase delivery agents for all outstanding POD. Work with Warehouse and Transport teams to ensure smooth and efficient movement of all shipments. Customer Service – dealing with queries from customers, subcontractors and drivers and assisting in their enquiries via phone and email. Skills & Experience Flexible, adaptable and quick to learn. Ability to work on own initiative. Must be able to work well under pressure.
