This is an exciting role within Accurx’s Privacy Team. As part of your role you will support the team in their mission to promote a privacy-first culture across the organisation, through awareness, policy management and stakeholder management. Be the first line of support within the business for any data protection and IG related queries and issues, by advising and providing support to other departments across the organisation on an ad-hoc basis Support the team to develop, draft and implement data protection policies and procedures Ensure compliance with privacy and protection laws including UK GDPR, through data processing agreement reviews, privacy impact assessments, records of processing activities, supplier due diligence reviews, and any other activities required by the business. Handle and respond to individual rights requests in our role as Controller, as well as requests when Accurx acts as a Processor. Support the team in working closely with our Product teams by supporting them in creating secure and compliant products, this requires a true passion for understanding how all Accurx products work Suggest secure and compliant methods and controls that help stakeholders build and maintain safe products and processes. Support the team to deliver privacy training across the organisation tailored to the specific needs of the different departments Proactively understand NHS Information Governance Standards, identifying how they apply to Accurx products and how they can create opportunities for the business.
