Are you an organised and dedicated School Administrator looking for a flexible role that fits your schedule? Join our dynamic team in Burton upon Trent and contribute to the smooth operation of our Schools. Position: School Administrator (Agency Supply) Location: Burton upon Trent Working Days: Monday to Friday (Flexible) Working Hours: Typically, within 08:00 - 16:30 Hourly Rate: £ - £ (Dependent on role and experience) Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. Handle correspondence, organise files, and maintain records with confidentiality. Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and support event planning. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for school management. Essential Skills: Proven experience in school administration or a similar role. Proficiency in various school systems such as SIMS (School Information Management System), CPOMS, ParentPay or RM Education. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to maintaining high standards of ethics and confidentiality. Qualifications: Relevant administrative experience within an educational setting. Familiarity with the latest educational software and database systems. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
