The people you’ll like to work with and things you'll enjoy impacting: As a Team Leader Inside Sales you will be responsible for coaching your team to exceed targets, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. You will be responsible for both the day-to-day management of the team and achieving a 50% individual sales target alongside your leadership duties. Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need… Minimum of

2 years

of experience in i nside sales

or

sales management , with a strong track record of meeting or sales targets. Minimum of

2 years

of experience in

leading

and

coaching sales teams , with demonstrated success in motivating and developing individuals. Ability to balance individual sales goals with team leadership responsibilities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. At a minimum we require

conversational level English

It will also help you to have… Proficient in using Salesforce. Industry knowledge (Nails, Hair or Beauty) is a plus but not essential. Leadership certification is a bonus.
