CRM Assistant

joining our Digital Marketing team, you will be reporting into the CRM Manager and supporting the CRM team in executing email campaigns, growing our customer database and ensuring the smooth delivery of retention marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include; liaising with various departments to drive trade, working closely with external agencies, and reporting on key email and direct marketing activities. You will be a key player in helping us strengthen customer relationships and boost overall brand loyalty. We’re looking for someone who has exceptional attention to detail, is comfortable with numbers and has a naturally logical mind to understand data analysis and spot patterns. The Role: Campaign Management: Assist in the delivery of email campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring all assets are in place and campaigns are sent according to the schedule CRM Database Growth: Help develop strategies to grow and maintain the customer database, ensuring segmentation and targeting are optimised to increase customer engagement and retention Critical Path Coordination: Manage and track the critical paths for all email and direct marketing activities to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects Internal and External Liaison: Work closely with various departments (e.g. Design, Content and Trade) to drive trade and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
