Are you experienced in sales support? Are you looking for a creative company going from strength to strength? Juice is excited to be working exclusively with a fantastic global brand in their search for 2 Sales Support Coordinators! This could be a perfect opportunity to gain experience in a collaborative and creative team! You will gain exposure to all aspects of the business from product design to finance and everything in-between! Working with very desirable products you will be coordinating the ordering and fulfillment to major retailers and small independents. DAY TO DAY:
You will be the first point of contact for all supply chain and order queries. Work with the warehouse to ensure the product is dispatched quickly. Think proactively to forecast need and manage product data. Onboard new suppliers and clients. Manage returns, ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner. Provide adhoc support across wider teams with admin and product related needs. ALL ABOUT YOU:
At least 1 year of sales support experience. Exposure to project management/coordinator role would be desirable but not essential. Strong administration skills, ideally in an order management background. Exposure to PO’s would be desirable but not essential. Proven experience multitasking. Good prioritization skills. AND FOR YOU:
Central Bath location. Dog friendly office (for well-behaved pups). Team days out/a monthly free lunch. Enhanced pension contribution. Weekly pay while temping.
