SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Basingstoke, RG11
Salary: OTE £45k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual that wants to start their career in Estate Agency. My client is an Independent, forward-thinking agency, based in Hampshire, that prides themselves on the first-class service they deliver. They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their Basingstoke Office.
The role is exciting and varied; you will be responsible for:
Booking and attending viewings
Calling new and existing clients to win business
Upselling all services ensuring every opportunity is utilized
Canvassing for new business
Delivering a first-class service to clients
This is the perfect role for an ambitious salesperson looking to build a career in the property sector. This role offers a basic salary, personal commission, and a car allowance. Previous experience in residential sales, or an industry with recognizable transferable skills, would be a distinct advantage.
