We are looking for a confident, organised, and flexible area manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract. We want to ensure that the residents receive the highest quality care and get the quality of life they deserve. It is important to us that we build and maintain trust with the people we support, whilst promoting their rights, interests, and dignity.

Your new role:

The role of area manager will consist of coaching and mentoring a team of 6 supported living managers across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. You will also be responsible for ensuring best practice and person-centred care across all the services. Managing the company’s relationships with external agencies will be paramount, as well as with the families of the individuals we support. Overall, you will be responsible for measuring and monitoring performance to ensure targets are met and that the highest possible standards are maintained.

What you will need to succeed:

You will need to have previous experience managing services within the health and social care sector and a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care. It is essential that you have experience mentoring and supporting other managers and senior management. It is important that you work effectively within the team to provide the best service we can to the people we support. Driving is essential for this role.
