PCD5 £23,893 per annum (pro rata 15 hours - term time only, fixed term) The Governors of St Bega’s C of E Primary School are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspiring part-time Teaching Assistant for our small, caring school. The role will be to predominantly support a child (within our Key Stage 2 class) but also in Early years. This post is initially until the end of the academic year 2025, dependent on funding. We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who: Is highly motivated about working towards ensuring children receive their best education; Is proactive and dynamic; opportunistically searching for fun, purposeful and bespoke learning opportunities; Values and applies children’s personal motivations and interests to engage in learning; Is patient and calm, motivated and enthusiastic; Has recent experience working with children; Has a relevant qualification (at least an NVQ 2 or equivalent) and good English skills; Can be flexible and is able to demonstrate the ability and motivation to work within a dedicated team.
