Guide customers through the car-buying process, offering insight and assistance at every step, collaborating with the sales team. Conduct engaging and informative vehicle demonstrations to highlight key features and innovations. Stay informed about new models, features, and automotive industry trends. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer handover process. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service and follow-ups.
