Role Overview: The Lead Enterprise Architect will effectively bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring that technology serves as a powerful enabler for achieving business success. The Lead Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role by analysing and understanding the intricate stakeholder relationships, driving innovation, optimising process and facilitating digital transformation. Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on: Understanding business problems and delivering solutions that align to Spirax governance and values Owning the application roadmap and lifecycle management Cross-functional collaboration across the Group to minimise cost and effort Understanding complex business problems, influencing stakeholders to adopt existing platforms Conducting new product and feature evaluation, gaining support through socialisation, POC and defining the roadmap for adoption Evaluating project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks and perform re-engineering if required Your previous experience is likely to include: Delivering D365 projects & delivering ERP, CRM and FDM globally in a complex organisation Building solutions with Azure components Software engineering, design architecture and understanding of best practices in system security measures Leading engagements and working within agile delivery projects Ownership of product roadmaps and setting organisational direction Setting practical organisational measures that deliver service improvement or cost reduction To be successful in this role you will: Demonstrate Company Core Values at all times Have capacity to spend 15% of working time travelling to key stakeholders, technology partners and customers Effectively communicate complex technical ideas to business leaders (up to C-suite) in a clear manner to gain engagement and agreement Possess excellent analytical and technical skills through working experience and/or relevant qualifications Be proactive and results oriented, with the ability to build consensus and communicate effectively with multi-disciplined stakeholders About Spirax Group: The Steam Thermal Solutions business is one of three businesses within Spirax Group.
