Leading packaging development strategy and overseeing validation processes
Developing strategic briefs, specifications, and managing major NPD initiatives
Establishing key relationships with vendors and driving sustainable material innovation
Leading operations support, managing documentation systems, and directing line implementation
Overseeing colour processes, artwork strategies, and packaging presentation
Managing departmental budgets and strategic purchasing
Candidate Requirements:
Proven track record in Packaging Development roles, including product testing
Excellence in project management, stakeholder communication and strategic problem solving
Regular travel to the company’s Hertfordshire facility
