Following recent major project wins, including North East Link, our Transport business is seeking a Roads and Highways Leader in Victoria to manage and deliver Iconic Australian projects, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow the roads group within our wider transport team, focusing on embedding technical excellence at the core of everything we do. The Opportunity As the Roads and Highways Leader, you’ll be responsible for leading our roads and highway projects, developing our people, working to build our pipeline of opportunities, and enhancing client experience, including: Providing strategic leadership across our Victorian Roads & Highways team. Providing technical leadership and driving technical excellence, ensuring expected client outcomes for road and highway projects. Managing multi-disciplinary project teams on large and complex projects through the delivery phase. Building on client relationships to continue our strong pipeline of opportunities.
