Job Purpose Connecting our customers to community activities; providing care and support that promotes going above and beyond. You will be integral to enabling customers to access local community groups, activities, and events. Provide personal care that protects people's dignity. Promote independence using enabling approaches. Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals. Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services. Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control. Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time. Pay: £12.30 p/hr (drivers) - (paid per shifts not per call, travel time included) Drivers may be required to cover all areas including Fawdon, Gosforth, Kenton, Heaton, and Dinnington.
