We are recruiting male drivers as
Community Care Worker
to provide care and support to people living in
Gateshead (NE8, NE9, NE10) . Gateshead will be your main location but at times we may require you to cover Newcastle also (this will be agreed with you at interview). If you are the kind of person that can make people smile while visiting them in their home, then a

with Be Caring could be the right fit for you. You do not need a degree or care qualifications to be a
Care Worker , but you will need the right values. Each day is varied, and you will need to have a can-do attitude. Job Purpose Connecting our customers to community activities; providing care and support that promotes going above and beyond. You will be integral to enabling customers to access local community groups, activities, and events. Provide personal care that protects people's dignity. Promote independence using enabling approaches. Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals. Connect people to their communities accessing local support and services. Deliver personalised care through individual choice and control. Be a strong and effective communicator, documenting, reporting, and sharing information with the right people at the right time. Pay: £12.30 p/hr (drivers) - (paid per shifts not per call, travel time included) Drivers may be required to cover all areas including Fawdon, Gosforth, Kenton, Heaton, and Dinnington. Mileage - 45p per mile for drivers. Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus, £25 birthday gift voucher. As a
