Job Summary We are seeking an administrator for the Spring 2025 Covid booster vaccination program. This role will begin 1st March 2025 for a fixed term of 3 months. You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be contacting eligible patients to find out if they would like the vaccination. The role will also include route planning for the vaccination team and data entry as well as keeping records up to date. You will need a keen eye for detail and must be self-motivated. Main Duties of the Job Communicating with patients, their representatives, and care home staff Route planning Record keeping General administration Working as part of the Covid-19 vaccination team About Us Trentside is a friendly and vibrant place to work. Contacting patients from a list to determine if they want to have the booster vaccination and answering or referring any queries arising from this. Planning routes ahead of time for the vaccination team to follow Liaising with care homes and other GP surgeries regarding the program Entering vaccination data accurately, checking lists and routes Person Specification

Experience Essential Experience of dealing with patients, customers, or clients over the telephone Desirable Experience of working within healthcare
