Clinical Deputy Manager
Salary: £48-52k per annum
Location: Telford
Hours: Full Time (40 Hours) - Both Clinical and Supernumerary shifts with flexibility to work occasional weekend shifts.
We are looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager with strong clinical skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of clinical care. Provide inspiring leadership and development of the clinical care teams ensuring we deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. Develop, promote, and maintain high standards of care, medication management, and clinical services. Lead the home's clinical quality control systems and coach staff to ensure quality standards are met. Support the Manager in developing and managing effectively the financial, human, and material resources. Inspire leadership and motivation of the clinical staff team and foster a positive culture. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
Qualified nurse, either RMN or RGN, with an active NMC pin. Thorough understanding of the five guiding principles of first-class care: SAFE, EFFECTIVE, CARING, RESPONSIVE, WELL-LED. Experience at supervisory level, ideally within a nursing home. Benefits:
