I am a gentleman who has Cerebral Palsy, uses a wheelchair, and is deaf. I live in my own home and I am kind and friendly. I am a skilled photographer and love going out to take photographs of trains, wildlife, architecture, and others. I am looking for a PA to help and support me to live my life. You will be joining my existing team of two PAs. I need a PA to assist me in going out for social activities, doing my hobbies, and supporting me at home. I enjoy accessing the local community, attending attractions I enjoy, and meeting with friends. A full driving license is therefore required. I need my PA to undertake daily living tasks such as preparing meals, general housework, going shopping, and supporting me to attend health appointments when needed. 17 hours every 2 weeks plus additional hours across the year. Days required are every other Wednesday and Sunday, plus 2 weeks a year to accompany me on holiday (not all together), and some weeks across the year to cover annual leave for my other PAs. I am looking for a PA who is understanding, reliable, kind, and has a positive outlook. I will require someone who can communicate using a variety of methods. This will be a permanent post with contracted hours, annual leave entitlement, pension, and salary every 4 weeks. This post is subject to a DBS check and satisfactory references. Services Required:
