A progressive multi-site practice in a coastal town of Somerset is looking for a permanent Practice Nurse to join as they continue to grow. Up to 37.5 hours per week available, with consideration for either full or part-time candidates.
This is a SystmOne practice where you will have access to working at 3 local sites within the PCN. If you are an experienced Practice Nurse who is registered on the NMC, has a degree in Nursing, and has experience in long-term conditions, then please get in touch.
