The Role As Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the execution of our volume recruitment strategy, ensuring we attract the right talent across retail and autocentres. You’ll oversee a high-performing team, using data and key metrics to improve time, cost, quality, and service. Your work will help shape Halfords as an employer of choice, creating a first-class recruitment experience for candidates. Key Responsibilities Lead and optimise recruitment strategies across multiple channels. Oversee the candidate journey, ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience. Build and maintain talent pools for critical roles. Align recruitment efforts with workforce plans and operational needs. Lead and develop a high-performing team, embedding an SLA and KPI culture. Manage offer processes, minimising declined offers and non-starters. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and team leadership. Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, technology, and analytics. Knowledge of UK recruitment legislation. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
