Our team is growing, and we’re now hiring for a Retrofit Administrator. Join our ECO team with All Seasons Energy, part of the Aira family and help customers on low incomes reduce their bills.

We’re looking for an experienced administrator to join our team. This is a great role for someone who wants to be a part of a positive and thriving business in the renewable energy industry. You’ll work alongside a friendly team, supporting the retrofit department and dealing with customers, ensuring documentation is compliant with legislation as well as raising invoices and processing payments. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A RETROFIT ADMINISTRATOR AT ALL SEASONS ENERGY

Working alongside internal surveyors Ensuring all surveyors have correct and up to date paperwork Checking surveyor’s paperwork to ensure all correct and compliant Calling customers to book survey appointments Administrative support to retrofit coordinator and manager Collating and saving files Managing departments pipeline of works Diary management You’ll be shown the ropes with in-house training and support, working in a friendly, modern, bright, and airy office.
