As a Family Support Worker, you would work with families on a day-to-day basis and provide detailed assessments. The role would involve observing and recording interactions, promoting positive parenting, and working alongside other professionals to provide advice and guidance. Minimum Requirements: Successful candidates will have a minimum of six months practical experience within the care sector. Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is desirable but not essential.
