Responsibilities:

Be the go-to person, the evangelist, the driving force behind your assigned portfolio(s) across the EMEA. Manage products from inception to end of sale. Be the voice of the region to the corporate Business Unit (BU) ensuring the right products are in the mix to stay competitive. Create sustainable and scalable strategies to outpace market growth rates for your portfolio. Support our selling community (both in-house and external) to find and win deals. Own the portfolio strategy for the Routes to Market (RTM) and Go to Market (GTM) across different sub-regions within the EMEA. Understand the unique needs of each sub-region/country and build flexible programs and propositions. Monitor competition to understand their strategies for growth and devise proactive plans. Explore alternative routes to market and execute plans to utilize them. Ensure strong commercial propositions to and through the channel, managing the margin stacks. Focus on driving frictionless small everyday business (run rate) to grow the business. Support our end-user project business in conjunction with sales. Product portfolio assigned to the role are subject to change based on business needs.

Qualifications: We are looking for a vibrant and skilled professional with 5yrs+ in a B2B channel environment, focusing on product management and high levels of energy and drive.

Clear understanding of a channel-centric business and distribution. Excellent written and verbal English with strong presentation and communication skills. Demonstrable ability to converse, influence and present to senior management. Significant experience of building pricing models for products in a multi-regional and channel-centric business. Demonstrable experience of RTM and GTM approaches across an EMEA region. Ability to negotiate, influence and have persistence to get things done. Clarity of thinking and vision with a constant curiosity to challenge the status quo. Keen prioritization and self-organizational skills. Experience within a matrix organization. Why Zebra?
