Operations and Compliance Specialist . You will support a wide range of tasks, working within a high-performing recruitment business on the brink of significant growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in an exciting and purpose-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Diary Management:
Efficiently manage schedules and coordinate meetings, ensuring smooth operations across the business. Employee Onboarding and Support:
Seamlessly onboard new employees, providing tools and resources to ensure their success. Client and Contractor Management:
Deliver an exceptional experience to clients and contractors through professional, proactive communication. Brand and Content Management:
Create and manage visually engaging content using Canva and PowerPoint; maintain and update social media platforms to reflect the company’s values and mission. Operational Support:
Collaborate with internal teams and founders to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. Management of 3rd Parties & Suppliers:
Oversee relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring seamless delivery and operational consistency. Requirements Proximity to London/Essex:
As close collaboration with the Founder handling operations is essential, candidates must be based near this area. Organisational Excellence:
Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain structure. Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively. Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, and social media platforms. High Energy and Proactivity:
A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Recruitment Industry Experience:
